These audio recordings will be stored for a longer period as necessary for analysis and improvement purposes, but will be handled in accordance with the security measures outlined in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent for us to retain this feedback data by contacting us.
• Device and Log Information: Such as IP address, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: To provide website functionality, analytics, and to support our commercial activities, such as measuring advertising effectiveness.

• To Provide & Improve Services: To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve NKeyboard, including using your voice data to generate and correct text. If you choose to share your content with us for model training, we may also use your Customer Content to train our AI models. You can control this through your settings.
• Commercialization: To display advertising within our Services, measure ad performance, and inform you about new features, promotions, and services that may be of interest to you (you can unsubscribe at any time). 1. Your Account & Access

A. Account Registration

You may access certain features of the Services as a guest without registering an account ("Guest Access"). To access all features and store your preferences and content, you must create an account.

B. Account Information

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as all activities that occur under your account.

2. Your Content & AI Features

A. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). To operate the Services, you grant NKeyboard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your Customer Content solely for providing, improving, and protecting the Services.

B. AI Inputs and Outputs

The Services use large language models ("LLMs") and other AI technologies. When you provide audio, text, or other materials ("Input"), NKeyboard uses AI to generate responses ("Output"). Input and Output are considered Customer Content. You own all Output, and NKeyboard assigns to you any rights it may have in such Output.

C. Use of Third-Party LLMs

To provide AI features, NKeyboard may utilize third-party large language models ("Third-Party LLMs"). You acknowledge and agree that your Input may be processed by these Third-Party LLMs to generate Output. Their use is subject to their respective terms and policies.

D. No Warranties on Output

NKeyboard makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Output. You should not rely on Output without independently verifying its accuracy. Output may contain errors and may not reflect current information.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the rights of others.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Services.
• Introducing malicious software or disrupting the Services.
• Using AI features to generate abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Recording or transcribing another person's speech without their consent.

4. Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by NKeyboard and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

5. Paid Services

Some features require a paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. NKeyboard may change subscription fees with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. NKeyboard may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NKeyboard disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NKeyboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your access or use of the Services, including any Output.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NKeyboard and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on our website. By continuing to use the Services after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
